The villa is entered via a colourful luxuriant garden, and is completely surrounded by a spacious, elegantly furnished patio, which acts as an outdoor living and dining room. From here a small anteroom leads to the bedroom, the small, but well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. Both kitchen and bedroom have lovely garden views. USEFUL INFORMATION In June and September Strombolicchio can be rented together with Villa Stromboli providing accommodation for 8 people in total. We like

Lunching and dining in the outdoor living room with its huge painting of the Stromboli volcano. Hearing the volcano – which explodes approximately every 20 minutes Relaxing with an aperitivo under the stars after a day in the sea and sun. Climbing the vulcano to watch the eruptions at night. Having a pizza at the Osservatorio, watching the eruptions. Taking a boat trip at night to watch the glowing lava fall into the sea. Taking a boat trip to see the other islands of the archipelago.

We think

This is an ideal hideaway for a couple looking for a romantic retreat ‘under the volcano’.
