Surround yourself with clear blue water from the surrounding swimming pools, one of which is heated and all of which are connected through underwater walkways, allowing you to cross from one pool to the other without ever leaving the water. The intensely blue Mediterranean sea encircles the garden and the villa.

The villa’s interiors are as resplendent as its vibrant exterior surroundings. Tones of azure and sky-blue carry through from the outside to the inside, harmoniously fused together in the colour scheme and decor and further amplified through the large glass windows. The view of the sea can be admired as comfortably from the sofa in the living room or from the bedroom, as from the superb terraces that surround the villa.

Villa Riflesso is divided into two buildings, both surrounded and enclosed by the swimming pools. The main body of the house resides on two floors: the ground floor is on the same level as the terraces and consists of two ensuite bedrooms with views and direct access to the heated swimming pool, a living space with a fully-equipped kitchen, and an open space with a dining room area, living area, and television. The guest bathroom completes the floor.
On the top floor, you’ll find a large bedroom with a bathroom and a private terrace with access to the swimming pool.
The outhouse consists of a large bedroom with a bathroom and also has direct access to another side of the swimming pool.
Outside, you’ll find various areas in the shade complete with garden furniture and sun loungers, creating an even more pleasant and comfortable harmony between the interior and exterior of the villa.

The tennis court and the private path to the sea complete this unique holiday home.

We like

Being able to enjoy the sea from sunrise to sunset.
Sipping an aperitivo in the swimming pool at sunset, while enjoying the views of the island of Ortigia, followed by a night out in the city of Siracusa with its many amusements and places of interest.
Swimming in the crystal clear waters of Plemmirio’s reserves.
Living in a private paradise while also being only a few kilometres away from archeological sites, museums boasting significant works of art and treasures of Ancient Greece, and the spectacular Teatro Greco or Greek Theatre where Greek tragedies are staged from May to July.

We think

A group of friends who want to spend the holidays together while also enjoying their own privacy.

Things to do

Riflesso is located in the Plemmirio reserve. An area whose rich Mediterranean vegetation, unique coastline and fine seabed of both naturalistic and archaeological interest, is a protected nature reserve, about 15 minutes driving from Siracusa.

  • The island of Ortigia (Siracusa) now linked to the mainland by a short bridge, was the first part of Siracusa to be settled, and is today a jewel of Sicilian Baroque, though also retaining fascinating traces of its ancient Greek and medieval past.
  • The most interesting area on the mainland is the archeological zone, which includes one of the largest Greek theatres in Italy, whose excellent acoustics you will experience if you manage to attend the annual season of ancient Greek drama.
  • The incredible Baroque towns of the Val di Noto (also with UNESCO world heritage status)
  • The captivating nature reserve, L’Oasi di Vendicari.
  • Wine tasting and visit at Buonivini of Planeta winery.
  • The fisherman village of Marzameni.
  • The Baroque Historic centre of Catania.
  • Etna Volcano and Taormina about  one hour driving
