Fantastic island villa just
10 metres from the sea
Back in the 1980s Vulcano was home to one of the most famous nightclubs in Italy, Pyro Pyro, which attracted an international crowd of celebrities. Today that ancient disco has a transformed into a splendid villa, with a breathtaking position on the cove of Vulcanello , with a fantastic infinity pool looking over the black sandy beach to the jagged volcanic rock formations jutting out of the sea off the coast of adjacent Lipari.

The structure of the nightclub has been modified to create four small but comfortable double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and a small area where the TV is placed. Outside the dance floor has been transformed into a magnificent, open-air living room, a place to sit in sun or shade admiring the fabulous views and passing yachts, as you sip a cocktail or dine below the pergola breathing in the scents from the Mediterranean garden that surrounds the villa.
The pergola or kiosk, open-sided and shaded with a parasol-like roof of natural canes, sits on a spacious terrace which has been divided into three zones, including a splendid infinity pool (a rare find on the islands). For those who want to swim in the sea, there is a private access. Completing the villa is a superbly well-equipped outdoor kitchen covered with a roof, so that it can be used even in the rain.
Large groups can also rent the villa below, Casa Otto, which is absolutely independent, and has room for a further ten people.
Admiring the magnificent views from the terrace – and as we swim in the pool.
Spending a day in the famous mud baths of Vulcano.
Exploring the nearby beaches.
The easy trek up the volcano to the smouldering crater.
Taking a boat trip to the other Aeolian islands.
Dining in one of Vulcano’s many smaller restaurants, or taking advantage of the arrangement with the nearby hotel I Mari del Sud, for dinner or breakfast.
This is a villa which is perfect for those who love the sea, who want a holiday interweaving days out at sea with days on the terrace, swimming and admiring the views.
