The Chicas is the perfect villa in which to spend the holidays: comfortable and practical inside, with a large shaded pergola and a panoramic swimming pool outside. It has everything you need to enjoy a long, relaxing and pleasurable stay.
The villa extends across one floor, with a large outside area behind the house and a beautiful patio at the front, which includes a dining room and a living room. Inside, a welcoming living room with a fireplace sits between the two sleeping areas, each with two bedrooms. Two of these are en suite, while the other two, a master bedroom and a small twin room, share a bathroom. The living room and the dining room have ceilings with exposed wooden beams, lending a cosy and lustrous vibe to these areas, as well as glass sliding doors which open out on the spacious covered pergola outside, with views on the vineyards and the sea.
The kitchen, which is fully equipped, is adjacent to the dining room and the living room.
A beautiful garden, complete with olive trees, surrounds the villa, with a vineyard at the front. The swimming pool is silhouetted by a pristine lawn. The beautiful beaches of Menfi, which for many years have been recognised under the sustainable certification of Bandiera Blu, can be reached by car in just ten minutes.
