The villa is situated in Valdesi, the most picturesque and chic area of Mondello, in the vicinity of the beach, bars, restaurants, and small local markets. Guests can enjoy being in the liveliest part of town without worrying about being disturbed by noise at night – the interiors are well-insulated, creating a serene oasis in the centre of the excitement.
The villa is spread across three floors. On the first floor, there’s a large open space with a living room, dining room, and well-equipped kitchen, as well as two bedrooms – one with an en suite, and one with a separate bathroom.
The first flight of stairs, decorated in the classic style, takes you up to a bar with a small terrace and three more en suite bedrooms. The next flight takes you all the way up to the enchanting and spacious terrace, complete with chaise longues and a six-person jacuzzi. The “maioliche”, a sophisticated kind of Italian pottery, take up the ancient motifs typical of Sicilian terraces. Downstairs, a luscious green garden with outdoor furniture offers the perfect space to relax and take in the summer air.
