Villa with an infinity pool and direct access to the sea
Villa Goccia sits only a few metres from the beach of Fontane Bianche in Siracusa, well-known and beloved for its long stretches of soft, white sand. The area and the beach take their name from the many freshwater springs which flow through the region. The coast is characterised by the sweeping expanse of free beaches alongside a variety of well-equipped lidos.
The villa is constructed with the highest standard of energy efficiency in mind through the use of thermal solar power. This comfortable yet elegant structure includes modern and contemporary architectural details, with its design forming a frame around the picturesque (and heated) infinity pool and views of the sea.
Guests can walk from the house to the sea across a private walkway, where they can find their own private spots to relax on the beach between sand and water, taking in its breathtaking sights.
Villa Goccia is spread across two floors. The ground floor hosts a large and unique living environment, including a sitting room, a dining room, and a fully-equipped contemporary kitchen, the whole area surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows which harmoniously intertwine the outside and inside of the villa. A beautiful and efficient fireplace as well as a top-of-the-range air conditioning system ensure comfort even during the winter months.
An en-suite bedroom with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool completes the ground floor, perfect for guests with mobility requirements, as well as a guest bathroom.
On the shaded veranda, you’ll find the kitchen and another living zone, perfect for reunions and dinner parties with friends and family. From here, the sweeping views of the bay provide the ideal backdrop.
A stairway connects the living room to the top floor, complete with three en-suite bedrooms (with a shower in each) and views of the sea. Two of the bedrooms also include their own private terraces.
